The location is simply incredible, close to a modern shopping center. A bus stop right in front of the hotel. the room was perfect and immaculate, complete with a separate bathroom and amenities like hair dryers, terry bath robes, and a shower cap.

The room was a decent size and top-class with a sofa which helped, and I slept very well. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was comprehensive with freshly made omelettes, healthy options plus cheese. All the staff was patient and helpful, settled my issues. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, near the Nordic Embassies.

The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was contemporary overall. Moreover, parking was on site. The location was marvellous, to the zoological garden train & bus station and the interior design was nice...

The room was terrific and magnificent, with comfortable decor. the bed was quiet, and the staff were lovely people from the reception to the Porter. the venue was set in a very central position next to main stops, Christmas markets, shops, restaurants, and all the famous places.

The club room was excellent with attentiveand informed staff

There was some vip with police escorts etc who disrupted the access to the hotel.

Nice room, gREAT BREAKFAST, pool with Jacuzzi.

It was cold in the room, then we moved in, it was normal, but still unpleasant.

Stunningly beautiful and quiet hotel

Really good staff who provided exceptional service. Amazing location. - Silent and fancy rooms. - Good sized bathroom. - Nice view of the trees. - Outdoor bar in the venue. I had a wonderful experience staying at the Intercontinental Berlin. the hotel is absolutely stunning and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. the staff were exceptional, providing great service throughout my stay. the location is amazing, and the rooms are both silent and fancy. the bathroom was spacious, and I enjoyed the nice view of the trees. Additionally, having an outdoor bar on-site was a nice touch.

Fabulous room - we paid for an upgrade to delux upon arrival and got an amazing room - pretty much the best I had ever stayed in - with view over the Zoo. Very impressive and fantastic value for money. The area was more interesting than I had thought and I was glad we did not pay more for a hotel nearer Postsdamer Platz which I found a bit soulless.

we had a problem with a malfunctioning thermostat - room was at least 25C - the first person we ask at reception just told us to turn off the air system altogether and wait - the next day at check out we complaint. The staff was very apologetic - obviously a mistake and we should have been moved to a different room. We were offered vouchers the next stay but opted for refund of upgrade. All in all very satisfied.

Room was already available when we checked in at 9.30 a.m.and we received a nice room-upgrade

We paid the parking ticket in advance for our whole stay of 4 nights...however, on 31st december, we could not park in the hotel's parking site since all spaces where already in use...however, when we tried to park behind other cars in not specifically signed parking spaces, a bell staff came to us and said that it is not allowed to park there due to emergency and that all other cars which parked in these area will be taken away by police...later we found out that all cars parked there the whole night and even hotel's own car park parked in this 'emergency zone'...thus, we felt that the guy lied to us

This is a high-quality place to stay with fabulous food and a perfect location near the zoo.

Favourable and magnificent location, rIGHT on the BUS LINE into the historical district. Again, walking distance to Aquarium Berlin. Breakfast with cheese, Kinder chocolate and 2 cooks serving freshly made omelettes.
